This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Thinking of returning your COOL-ER?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your COOL-ER you can return it to us in its original condition.

Email support@coolreaders.com within 14 days of receiving your COOL-ER for a unique returns number and details of our collection policy.

You can return your COOL-ER to us and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item provided it is undamaged and in the original packaging.

So we can continue to improve our service, it would be useful if you could also include your reason for return within your email text.

Incorrect COOL-ER?

If you have received the wrong COOL-ER, please let us know at support@coolreaders.com within 14 days of receipt and we’ll organise collection of the wrong item and replacement with the right item as fast as we can.

Faulty COOL-ER?

In the unlikely event that we send you a faulty COOL-ER, please contact us at support@coolreaders.com explaining the fault within 28 days of receipt. We will then organise a replacement.

Downloads cannot be returned after purchase. If you are experiencing an issue with an ebook download from COOLER-EBOOKS, please contact us via support@coolerbooks.com.

COOL-ER™ Manufacturer Warranty

1 year worldwide warranty period for service and support for COOL-ER Electronic Readers.
Removable battery is subject to a 6 month warranty period from date of purchase.

 

The COOL-ER uses E-Ink®, a new technology that gives you a screen with a "like paper" display, replicating the experience of reading a paper book. Using power only for "button clicks" means that a single charge can last for up to 8000 pages and unlike a book, the electronic display allows you to change the text size to suit you!
